We facilitate the ordering of CLIA-certified lab tests and the delivery of results to customers without requiring a physician referral. Our services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older residing in eligible states. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Not a Medical Provider

Reliable Exams Inc. is not a medical provider, hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility. The lab tests and results we provide are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions based on your test results. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services from Reliable Exams Inc. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. All sales are final once a lab requisition form has been issued. If you have not yet visited a lab, please contact support to discuss your options.

5. Refund Policy

If you have purchased a test but have not yet visited a lab location, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting our support team. Once a lab specimen has been collected and submitted for processing, no refund will be issued. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Lab Visits and Results

After completing your purchase, you will receive a lab requisition form by email. You are responsible for visiting a participating CLIA-certified lab location to have your specimen collected. Reliable Exams Inc. does not guarantee specific turnaround times, as processing times may vary by lab and test type. Results are delivered to your secure online account and are your sole responsibility to review and act upon.

7. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. Providing false or misleading information, including false identity information, is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of your order without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Reliable Exams Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
